All of Anglican Missions’ work centers around four focus areas across the Pacific and beyond. We call these focus areas “programmes.” Our four core programmes are: Water & Sanitation, Food & Livelihoods, Climate & Resilience, and Health & Wellbeing. You can learn more about them below.
We chose which focus areas to prioritise based on observed need, expressed need, and our skillset as an agency. We recognise that across the globe, many communities are in vital need of assistance in areas beyond the four we have chosen. We also recognise that the wellbeing of a community is the result of the interconnection of all aspects of life, and that improving life through one programme is likely to improve the wellbeing of the whole. With this in mind, we chose the four programmes that are most likely to have the greatest impact on the livelihoods, wellbeing, and dignity of the communities we serve.
